“Website easy to navigate. Delivery was quick & delivered on the day it suggested. Bought 3 different brollies & unfortunately one was damaged. Emailed Brollies Gallore but no reply. Rang them & explained & sent picture of damaged brollie as advised & customer service (Alan) was outstanding! I couldn’t get the same brollie but can get a different colour.
